My Dad's Dad....German, Swiss, & Dutch

My Grandpa Ray's side of the family. German, Swiss & Dutch. There are still some holes here!!

My Dad's Mom...Irish

My Grandma Kathryn's Side ,.. from what I've found, Catherine was born in Canada. My Dad says my G'ma was 100% Irish, that part of the family came over to Canada from Ireland. Obviously a lot of holes here.

My Mom's Dad -German & Norwegian

My Gradpa's Dad was full German (Prussian) and his Mom was full 100% Norwegian

My Mom's Mom... English Royal, Norwegian, Irish & German

There is a lot of stuff going on - on this side. My 3x G'pa (Hudson) I can trace back to King Henry III of England, King Edward I, King Edward II, King Edward III, and many other kinds and nobility of England, France, Spain and other places. Fanny - no idea at this point. John and Dinah's parents came from Norway. John was born in Canada but is full Irish. Lavina was also born in Canada but her parents were both full German. Gustav was born in Germany, and Theresia in Prussia. Both having Prussian roots (which is German)

Dennis' Roots

Here is Dennis' links to the past ... where he came from...

Dennis' Dad's Dad....German, (Jewish?), English

Dennis' Great-Great Grandparents Daniel & Rose are "rumored" to have been running from Jewish persecution, changing their names and we can't trace the family back beyond them. We know they were both born in Prussia (Germany) ... and immigrated. Joseph, and both sets of Grandparents were born in England.

Dennis' Dad's Mom - Full Irish

We don't know much about Roberts side, however, on census reports he lists his parents as being born in Ireland. So - believing the lines would continue in Ireland, that would make his G'ma full Irish.

Dennis' Mom's Dad - Lots of British & some Norwegian

In doing research - we've uncovered a lot of lines going way back to the 1600's in the States... making them English Puritans (Pilgrims?), a Salem Witch who was hung, lots of Irish, French and Spain Nobility, and a line of Norwegian!

Dennis' Mom's Mom

Sadly - we can't seem to get the information (correct surnames) to continue to follow this line yet - definitely a work in progress. We know she's full Italian though.

Cal & Noah's Roots

Here are some of Cal & Noah's links to the past ... where he came from...this is their biological Dad's side...

Cal & Noah's Papa's Dad...

Cal & Noah's Great Grandpa Louis' side.... I know that John was born in Belguim, his parents died there (I'm assuming they were born there) and I can't seem to trace back any further than that .... Louise - she is Louise on her gravestone, I had her as Louisa ... is confusing. Maria was living with them after she was widowed - I can only assume it's her mother . Louise, Maria and Maria's no-named parents were all born in Germany. Joseph is questionable, the original dates for birth were about 100 later than is should have been.

I can only seem to trace Cal and Noah's Great-Grandpa Isedore back through Canada - mostly in Quebec, and Evelyn's Mom's side in Prince Edward Island ....

Cal & Noah's Grandma's Mom

From what I remember being told from my ex-husband was that his Grandma was full Irish. That's not what I discovered. His Grandma's (my boys Great-Grandma Mabel) ... her Grandfather was full Irish who married a woman who could be traced back to the early days of America and then into England ... and Mabel's Mother was definitely Norwegian
